Your vendor fee includes:

• Booth Space (we can accommodate fairly large booths - just let us know approximate size)

• Power (no extension cords)

• (2) Pit Passes

  • Pit passes allow access to dinner on Thursday night, lunch and dinner on Friday night, lunch and dinner on Saturday, all day beverages and access to pit seating to view the derby

You will be required to supply your own tables, chairs, canopy, etc though you’ll be able to unload right at your space. All vendors must sign a waiver on site to receive their vendor packet and pit pass wrist bands. Additional pit passes may be purchased.

Additional details will be emailed to you regarding vendor timing, event timing and info, and general information regarding your space about two weeks prior to the event.

All vendors will be responsible for registering for a temporary business license and with Wasatch County for taxable goods.
